45 min class designed especially for women over 50 focusing on managing symptoms and improving health during perimenopause, menopause and beyond

Working on maintaining and improving bone density, muscle strength, flexibility and overall well-being.

Bring your own mat - other equipment will be provided (weights, resistance band, soft ball)

This class is held in the spacious Amazon studio on the first floor of the Jubilee Centre
