WELCOME TO JLH PILATES

Pilates classes designed especially for women in mid to later life, focusing on restoring balance, fall prevention, improving bone & Joint health, and muscle strengthening through resistance and weight-bearing work.
Using various small props such as hand weights, resistance bands, balance pads and Pilates rings all of which are provided.
