PILATES 50+ Women's Health (6 block)

BLOCK OF 6 CLASSES - Each block consists of 6 Pilates based classes which are designed especially for women over 50 focusing on managing symptoms and improving health during perimenopause, menopause and beyond. 

Classes will work on maintaining and improving bone density, muscle strength, flexibility and overall well-being.

Bring your own mat - other equipment will be provided

Classes are held in the spacious Amazon studio on the first floor of the Jubilee Centre
